There are several benefits to attracting young people to sports and games. If we immediately start the day with academic activities, it will be difficult for the brain to properly function.
We have many subjects that children just study without understanding the importance. Finally i would conclude by saying that everything is importantwe should balance our life RE: Some might resent this at first, but everyone will eventually reap the benefits of sports education.
If schools set aside an hour a day to teach sports and games, there will be a remarkable improvement in the physical and intellectual development of children. One must need physical education to develop fitness in order make themselves competent for all kind of challenges which they have to face in their future.

Still we cannot expect students to have an enthusiasm for the same.Should sport be compulsory? I think so. Sport has many social and health benefits for everyone. And should education only be based on academic things? NO! There are many health benefits to be gained from participating in sport.
