Sam disowns Ginger, as does Nicky. Seen from the outside, the building has the appearance of a single roomed structure, with a large panelled door on the north elevation and a single large window on each of the other elevations.
Sam himself is almost killed by a car bomb and suspects Nicky was behind it. Sam discovers this after finding Amy tied to her bed by Ginger, who is with Nicky at his restaurant.
